
Fitness Programming/Coaching
Optimum's fitness programs use the most up to date scientific research. The program is then tailored specifically for you. We will then coach you directly on the program, teaching you everything.
While most trainers/coaches will give out the same routines and the same type of program to everyone, with sub par results, our programs are very specific to your goals.
We have many different types of programs, but we will determine what is best for you; our programs typically run for 12 weeks at a time, followed by a week off to recover the CNS (central nervous system).

Nutrition Programming
Optimum's nutritional programs are also very specific and science based. We program for fitness competitors, athletes and for general weight loss. Your program will be designed for your goals.
Do not waste your time listening to uneducated trainers or "fitness guru's" on nutrition programing. They are not educated in the field and this can be costly and most importantly dangerous for you. We use safe, researched backed programs.
All our programs are specific to your body and goals.

Personal Training
The biggest problem with personal training is most trainers do not teach you an exercise program. They simply bring you through workouts. This requires continous sessions and leaves you with nothing aftwards.
Personal training should be designed only for the teaching of the exercise program, exercise technique and motivation. Personal training should not be long and continous.
We will teach you the program and exercises if needed, then let you do the programs on your own, saving you money. If you do not need personal training we will simply teach you the programs.
